Motivation:

Current research shows that generative artificial intelligence (AI) impacts the way we work and how decisions are made. However, it is still unclear which factors drive the use of AI at work and how the use of AI changes leadership and employees’ perceptions about leadership, although using AI at work is supposed to increase productivity and relieve work stress. This study addresses these questions and contributes to a better understanding of the use of AI at work and its impact on managers and employees.
