On July 25th, the Women in Big Data Munich event showcased some of this impactful work. Rachel Laventure, SAP’s Global Head of UX & Product Success for Industries & CX at SAP, provided valuable perspectives on the ethical dimensions of AI, emphasizing the importance of responsible and reliable AI technology. Dr. Katharina Wollenberg and one of the AI scientists, Yichen Lou, gave us an exclusive look into their ongoing research collaboration with the Technical University of Munich. They shared early insights from the AI in Manufacturing project with TUM, highlighting how academic research is being applied to enhance production efficiency.
